Hedingham's New Community Manager

Ebony Heart-Curtis has been named the new Community Manager for the Hedingham Community Association.

For the past three years she has been the community manager at the Village Lakes HOA in Raleigh. Prior to her position at Village Lakes Ebony worked in Human Resources for the North Carolina Highway Patrol.

Ebony's responsibilities include working with the Board of Directors and the Association's various committees as well as vendors and contractors providing services to community. She communicates with home owners and residents to answer questions and provide information about the community. She supervises the office staff, oversees building and common area maintenance and repairs and coordinates special projects.

Ebony has a BA in Social Work from Framingham State College in Massachusetts. Ebony lives with her husband, 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter in Raleigh.

Community Fall Yard Sale

Saturday, September 30, 7AM - Noon

The community fall yard sale will take place Saturday, September 30, with a rain date of Saturday, October 14. Set up your yard sale in your driveway or combine your sale with your neighbors! Please keep an eye out for cars and pedestrian traffic and park accordingly so people can get through.

Residents who put up directional signs must remove them by 5PM the day of the sale.

Annual Fall Festival

Saturday, October 7, 11AM to 3PM

Join us for our annual neighborhood fall festival, Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the Willow Oak parking lot. All residents are welcome!

Food and drinks, including adult beverages, will be provided to residents who present a scan card. Non-resident guests can purchase a ticket on site for $5.

Activities include pumpkin decorating, bouncy houses, face painting, balloons, music, and corn hole.
